We use the best in the industry epoxy primer for all of our floors. After a few different brands over the years, we had chose to exclusively use Onyx Concrete Coating’s Epoxy Primer for all of our epoxy floor applications.
Epoxy Primer is a two component, deep penetrating epoxy primer which provides an excellent bond coat between the concrete substrate and other Onyx high performance coating systems. Its epoxy chemistry provides excellent bonding characteristics and its low viscosity allows for deep penetration into a concrete substrate. Because of the porous nature of concrete, Epoxy Primer reduces problems associated with out-gasing with many coating systems.
